About Satyanarayan Puja
Satyanarayan is one of the names of god Vishnu. Satyanaraya puja is mentioned in the Skanda purana. This puja can be performed at any day but it is considered auspicious to perform it on Purnima (full moon).
Satyanarayan puja helps to fulfill all the wishes of a person. The puja is usually performed before beginning some good work or after ones wish is fulfilled. Satyanarayan puja can also be done on special days such as birthday, anniversary, marriage etc.
